Enquiry privacy information
When you submit the form, your name, email address, optional contact number and project postcode, message, consent confirmation and submission time are emailed to Design Logistics at info@design-logistics.co.uk. We use these details to respond to and manage your enquiry. The site does not add you to a marketing list.
The PHP handler does not store enquiries in a database. Form details are processed during submission and then held in the company’s email system. The hosting and email providers process this information to operate the service. Keep your message focused on the project and avoid including sensitive personal information.
Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work or applicable record-keeping obligations.
